Shipping Policy & Guidelines
Bodhi Life is committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service.
We take great care to ensure that every order is delivered on time and in excellent condition.
We work with professional shipping carriers, including Bpost, DPD, PostNL, UPS and DHL.
We offer deliveries throughout Europe from Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery is currently available through our shipping partner PostNL.
Please review the following guidelines and recommendations to help us ensure that your carefully selected products reach you in the best possible way.

1. Delivery Address Guidelines
Please complete all applicable fields when entering your delivery address.
A telephone number is required. Enter your telephone number without spaces or a country code. If your delivery address does not have a postal code, for example in certain parts of Ireland, please enter “n/a” in the postal code field.
Customs & Taxes
Recipients will not be required to pay any additional customs duties or import taxes. The amount of your order includes applicable customs duties and taxes, unless clearly stated otherwise in your shopping cart and order confirmation email.
Delivery Responsibilities
We take responsibility for ensuring that your order is dispatched and delivered according to the selected shipping method. However, we cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages when:

The customer has provided an incorrect or outdated delivery address.

The recipient is away or unavailable to receive the delivery.
If a package is returned to Bodhi Life for one of the reasons above, the customer may be charged the cost of reshipping the order, including applicable shipping and handling fees, as well as a €20 return and cancellation fee. The customer will not be charged for the products themselves unless they can no longer be reused or resold.
At the customer's request, Bodhi Life can resend the package to a new address, provided that the customer agrees to pay the applicable shipping and handling costs again. In this case, the €20 return and cancellation fee will not be charged.
If a package cannot be delivered despite multiple delivery attempts and efforts by our customer service team, and in the unlikely event that the package or its contents become damaged or deteriorate as a result, Bodhi Life is not responsible for refunding the order or sending a replacement package. The customer may place a new order through our website.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Our webshop supports delivery to one address per order.
Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs and free-shipping thresholds depend on your delivery location. The following rates apply to private customers:
